Senegal and North America advance to finals as UAE Communities Basketball Championship semi-finals conclude

The UAE Communities Basketball Championship (UCBC) concluded its semi‑finals in a dynamic setting driven by strong fan support. Held under the patronage of the Ministry of Sports and organised by the UAE Committee for Talent and Sports Support (UAETSS), in cooperation with the Champs Sports Club, Dubai Sports Council, and the UAE Basketball Association, the championship showcased exceptional levels of basketball talent.

The semi‑finals featured highly competitive matches that highlighted both the spirit of challenge and the cultural diversity that defines the championship. With the conclusion of the semi-finals, Senegal and North America secured their places in the final, which is scheduled for June 19, 2026. The final will be preceded by All-Star exhibition games featuring some of the tournament's standout players from various continents.
