Every Saturday, gastronomes will be treated to premium cuts and the finest beverages at The WB™ Abu Dhabi’s sophisticated meatery, all while enjoying live entertainment.
Upon arrival, diners will be greeted with a tower of bubbly, and once seated, will be served a selection of sharing-style appetisers, including The Director’s Club signature beef tartare, burrata, truffle mac and cheese croquettes, old bay prawn po’ boys and oysters Rockefeller.
For mains, foodies have an exciting option of a tantalising chargrilled Tomahawk steak carved tableside on a trolley. Diners can also choose from tasty dishes such as Josper-grilled flank steak, chargrilled chicken diavola, chipotle-BBQ braised lamb shank, whole roasted seabass, smoked beef brisket, grilled jumbo prawns or The Director’s Club Wagyu rib-eye. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available. All dishes can be paired beautifully with elegant cocktails and grape selections.
Classic American desserts like New York cheesecake, key lime pie and s’mores, will provide the perfect ending to the meal.
